[全澳] 急问,Section32应该找lawyer,solicitor,conveyancer?

You will use same person for this and settlement.Or You can ask agent give to you the 32, you look at section 32 by yourself. Only look if the title of the vendor is right, and there are not having ovedure not paying fees, like Council fee, water rate fee, and other information like gas and electricity connection.  And you may find some undergrong water pipes etc. I am not realy sure other things.
The deffrent with Lawyer(solicitor) with vonveyacer is, they all do the same thing for you (settement), but if there is legal problem b/t you and vendor, only lawer and solicitor can do the legal thing for you. Conveyancer only does the settelment stuff, can't help you with solving the problems( like demage the property, moving things should belong to you before settlement, ect.)

So, lawer or solicitor will cost 1000 to 1500, Conveyyancer cost 600 to 1000.
