更新状态！房客答应周末搬走！房子下周settle 但是里面房客却说要到29号才能搬出！怎么办！！！！

nothing much you can do, you can only delay the settlement or charge them the rent for those extra days.
Try to speak to your current rental to delay moving by few days.
Should always have a few days or weeks gap between so called settlement days and moving in day.
It is very common to delay settle or the previous owner cannot find a place to move into.

lz是NSW的吧。Vendor可以无条件的把settlement延迟两周，因此你没什么有效的办法。
现在尽量和对方谈谈，让律师出面施加压力，尽量提早settle。

this is a pointless condition.
Are you not going to buy the property if they not vacant?
If that is the case, owner will just delay the settlement until it is vacant.

before I bought a property and vendor wanted to extend settlement, solicitor said there's not much we can do... something like the vendor can delay for 14 days? ( in VIC)

good luck! the only thing is prob just to ask them to leave earlier than 29 Jun, no other options as existing tenants can delay settle if they are unable to locate a suitable place
