granny flat和teenage retreat的区别，以及分地

granny flat大家都知道，最近看房发现有的房子后面带小房子，叫teenage retreat。
有熟悉这个的吗？与granny flat有什么区别？teenage retreat自己不用可以出租吗？

上面网站介绍了这两个的区别，读下来感觉teenage retreat就是缩小版的granny flat，更容易council申请，让我惊讶的是里面说granny flat不是永久性的：
the only issue with this is that once the dependant person finishes using the unit, it then needs to be removed. This will come up when you go to sell your property, however you might be able to reclassify the use of the unit by removing the laundry and cooking facilities, but you will need to check with your council.
另外，上面说的new home是不是就是大家平常说的分地？
