怎么得知房屋建筑年代

我读vendor's statement, 拿不准那句话说的是建筑年代。请指教。谢谢。

问council，他们有批建筑批文的日期，加上一年就差不多了。

I called council last year, for the old houses, the data you mentioned above for the land subdivision.
it does not mean the house was built up at the same year, could be ten years different.
Call council "Building" department, they will tell the details

You are right. This afternoon I called the concil. That date is different with the building time. They have 30 years difference.
