给了offer, 反悔的话，大家一般如何取消合同？ 用贷款下不来取消如何操作？

合同上是这么写的，
晕，原来cooling off取消可以不需要钱的，又被中介骗了 ...
cooling off不是免费的啊，要交0.2%或者100，which ever is higher，50万的房子就是1000

Whether it is a form of compensation for the vendor, or something of a deterrent to stop frivolous cooling off, the fact is that a purchaser who cools off must pay $100 or 0.2% of the purchase price, whichever is the greater amount.

SA 这边是 COOLING OFF 完后才付定金的,所以压根没有这些问题.

需要有Subject to Finance，找个卡的严的银行办贷款，想批不容易，想不批很容易，但可能影响你的信用纪录。
