如果在有物业的院子里，车停在树下，树枝砸坏了汽车(touch wood 不要发生），物业负责赔偿？

这保险就类似于汽车的CTP，是每个生意强制买的，保人不保其他。

比如我在院子里被树枝砸到了，或被树枝绊倒了，物业会赔偿我（对人的伤害）我的车，就不管了？因为是物品？

really so tenant car got hit by tree branch...and not tenant insurance pay but public liability insurance paid for tree branch damage to car? thanks

In my case, the tenant's car was hit by a piece of timber. The tenant's lawyer sent us a letter asking we pay. I spoke to NRMA public liability insurance section and then forwarded the letter to them. NRMA handled this matter from then on. I don't know the final result of this matter. However, I was told by NRMA then that the tenant wouldn't get any money from such a matter.
