The 23.00% discount includes a guaranteed discount of 19.00%, a Pay on Time discount of 2.00%, a Dual Fuel discount of 1.00% and a Direct Debit discount of 1%. Refer to your Energy Plan and Direct Debit terms for how you can qualify for these additional discounts. These discounts apply to the energy rate component of your Charges only. They do not apply to the service to property, Green Product or other applicable Charges. If you have an EasiPay payment plan you will only be eligible for the Pay on Time discount if you pay via direct debit for the entire billing period.
