今天请人做了2个检查,晚上收到report,看着觉得问题好像不小,从报告里摘录了一些内容,请大家帮忙看看,房子还值得买吗?
Building inspection report:
1.Skirting and Architrave - Timber mouldings,garage:extensive damage to the garage wall base timbers and window frame to the side garage wall.
2.Damp Problems-garage wall/ floor:damp to the garage floor at the wall plate line.
3.2 car garage :general cracking to 2mm, servicability defects.Terrmite damaged side wall. Structural defects. Further investigation needed.
