求助：令人忧心的building & pest inspection report

今天请人做了2个检查，晚上收到report，看着觉得问题好像不小，从报告里摘录了一些内容，请大家帮忙看看，房子还值得买吗？
Building inspection report:
1.Skirting and Architrave - Timber mouldings,garage：extensive damage to the garage wall base timbers and window frame to the side garage wall.
2.Damp Problems-garage wall/ floor：damp to the garage floor at the wall plate line.
3.2 car garage ：general cracking to 2mm, servicability defects.Terrmite damaged side wall. Structural defects. Further investigation needed.

townhouse 都是大家一起的，没啥事，况且还有保险呢

house的话，还可以考虑。house地大有地的价值，房子破点没事，自己修，没物业。
townhouse还这么多问题？本来就没地，地小，地没什么价值。房子就要好。
townhouse unit有物业的，修个什么东西，操心死你，要投票，要special levy。
物业保险，不管你房子里面问题的。

这种报告都写得云山雾罩的，先是一堆限制条件，加上对语词定义，然后就是大量的免责条款，最后就是把一些似是而非的东西罗列一番，让你看得心惊肉跳，想买不敢买，不买不甘心。反正老房子或多或少都有点毛病，毕竟年头在 那里摆着呢，价格反映一切，所以，只要表面看的还凑合，价钱还 接受得了，就闭着眼买下来。我买了两套房，一套根本没检查，另一套检查了也没当回事，都住得好好的，如果根据报告，哪还敢买房子啊，可是房价可蹭蹭往上涨，一个报告吓得你不敢买，几万块钱可就涨上去了啊。
