那块地算是2区头了···过一条马路就1区了···真心感觉不贵···就地价都要85-90了··

具俺分析，板房不少年代较久，但如果房主是西人，不少保养的不错，而且内部装饰摆设还比较考究，院子打理的也有情调，符合西人口味。有的位置华人不看好，但景色好，靠海等，西人喜欢。
相比之下似乎华人更看重校区，交通等，比较功利而西人比较看重house的个性，可见大家的审美观的确不一样

Actually old timber house is much valuable than the same age old brick house. Timber house can easily last 100 years but brick house is very hard to reach 60-years.
My back-yard door --- LOCAL FAMILY is extending THEIR 59 years old timber house. and my next door --- CHINESE family is building new brick townhouse. One day the LOCAL MAN chatted with me. He said, his timber house would last longer than the new brick town house.
the problem for timber house is from maintenance. but if you can and enjoy painting work, the maintenance will not be problem. Around 10 years, you need to re-paint the whole house.
