请问 Structural Inspection 和 Building Inspection 的区别？

西澳的Houspect公司给的报价，不过不晓得这两个有什么区别啊？
1 - Structural Inspection
$430.00 inc. GST (single storey) (up to 4 bedrooms x 2 bathrooms)
$470.00 inc. GST (double storey) (up to 4 bedrooms x 2 bathrooms)

The Structural inspection covers the full structural condition of the home, looking at any significant defects there may be with the major building components of the property.  This includes a full report on the internal floors, walls, ceilings external walls, foundations and roof coverings. The report also covers any retaining walls, fencing, patios, pergolas and the inside of the roof and under the floor if possible.

2 - Building Inspection
$495.00 inc. GST (single storey) (up to 4 bedrooms x 2 bathrooms)
$545.00 inc. GST (double storey) (up to 4 bedrooms x 2 bathrooms)

The Building inspection covers all the structural aspects of the home as well as reporting on any major maintenance issues needing to be addressed in the next few years.  This includes, but is not limited to, rusting window lintels, if your roof needs re-sealing, gutters need replacing or if you are going to have issues with rising damp on the property.

The inspectors also have a look at the plumbing and electrical, but please note that our inspectors are registered builders, not plumbers or electricians, so it is only a visual examination.  The inspectors also do a check for home handy man work, illegal wiring, water hammer etc.  This gives you are run down of any major maintenance issues so that you can budget for them and even repair them before they are a big cost later down the track.

Houspect tries work on a 24 hour turn around where possible, if we get the inspection booked for example say Tuesday then it is sent to the office for typing and emailed on Wednesday.
