Melbounre good builder recommend?

So, Aumount you mean actually, whatever kind of builder you choose, you have to rely on luck?
Is there a way we can build our own house with good quality and cheap price in Australia?
Noise is a really headache things in Australia, I don't know how to resolve this issue, anyone has any ideas?

As far as I know, knock down will cost you more than 30000 per job depends on your old house situation. You need to be very careful about your existing underground structures and pipes.
Better ask more quotes before you start and ask as much as you can for their job details.
