此价格不能作为周边房产的参考，因为此房产为开放商强势购入，这厮已经买了旁边3块地，就差这一块就可以起一个unit, 初步估算40户吧，表面看他多花了100万，实际上等建好unit的时候每户多收2.5万就把这钱补回来了。
只能说他运气不好，如果没有国内飞过来的买家的话，他能多赚100万，不过别人一分钟几千万上下的人，也不在乎多赚少赚100万啦，有得赚就行了。
