gas也来一个:
Customer number: 6033 xxx xxx
Account number: 5575 xxx xxx
I received gas bill for 18 Apr to 17 Jun 2013 and paid them in time. I paid on Aug 5, 2013. The Due date is Aug 7, 2013.
But on Aug 12, EA sent bill to me and ask me to paid for the overdue fee: 36.36 AUD. And on Aug 14, EA sent me bills again including the fees from 18-Jun-2013 to 13-Aug-2013. But the 36.36 AUD overdue fee are also included, which means I need to pay the overdue fees for 2 times that actually I am not supposed to pay.
I called EA twice and EA admitted it's their problems but till now I didn't get the updated bill.
To avoid to pay overdue fee again, on 28-Aug-2013, I paid AUD319.02, which I think the correct amount.
I tried to notify EA in yesterday morning, but I was put into an about 60-minutes waiting queue. I have to give up.

1: cancel the wrong overdue fee
2: send me the correct bill.
3: confirm that they received the payment on 28-Aug-2013.
4: compensate my time loss and bad mood. |
