if you dont do PA then how you know the amount you can borrow from the bank?
if you sign the sales contract for 1m but then the bank told you that you only can borrow 500k.....
that is just a approx figure you can borrow.
It depends on the house value they get not the purch ...

用了2周才搞定。这种情况如果没有PA你觉得他全批的机会大么？
