做个规划，留下大树，清理杂草，最后修条花园路径。这样最省钱。

500 only for bins for 300sqm green rubbish? No way. I recom only bins will cost you 2000. It depends how you would like to have it done. If only removing those green stuffs, it's not bad. 4-5k should be able to get it done. If you need to do retaining wall, get prepared for paying 500 per meter if it's timber or 800 per meter if using stone (0.8m high, incl. labor) . Turf ( Sir Water) the cheapest you can find is 7 per sqm. That would cost you $2k already. If you want to add new paving that's another $100 per sqm ( incl. pavers and labor). Not cheap to do garden at all. Very easily you will get a shocking quote
