honestly , that townhouse block is really good for chinese family with kids , once I visit a friend there using their tennis court , there are a lot of kids running and playing around, quite enclosed area , so your kids will have a lot of friends , then they won't bother you anymore. if you have a baby , then it is even more convinient, there are a lot of old chinese granny, so you can just left your baby to them while you work , it is trustable and cheaper ,and not much time constraint . if your parents visiting , then they won't be lonely too. it is not in the denistone east primary catchment, but it is close . you can first rent a place and then get enrolled to the school , and then move here , just 10 minutes drive away
