请问后院房子extension (Sun Room)需要通过康嫂批准么

为啥有的不用申请，比如说现有房子上加建2层？
打过电话问过council，如果是现有屋子上加建2层不用council批准哦，builder自己能出permission。

哦？好奇怪啊，按理说加建两层，从马路上看得出房子变化，又会影响邻居采光，隐私啥的，竟然不用审批？

请问设计图纸自己画行不行？一定要非常专业的那种么？像买房广告那种中介画的平面图行不行？

那你就找他说的做吧，你可以试试会是神马后果通常是：没人举报，你运气；有人举报，你倒霉。最后承担责任的人是你，如果对方不是licensed builder，人家才不会管什么后果不后果呢，只管闷头数钱就行啦

就冲你问的问题你就不是建筑行业的，首先你这个觉对要报council的，这并不是很小的活。另外图纸也必须专人画，draftsperson就可以，收费要多少的都有。其它费用有soil test，building permit申请费。你如果想自己做owner builder还要申请一下。

(1) A person must not carry out building work unless a building permit in respect of the work has been issued and is in force under this Act and the work is carried out in accordance with this Act, the building regulations and the permit.
