broker的佣金分两部分，第一部分是在settle后一个月你第一次交房贷后，银行会按比例把佣金打给broker，这部分钱比较多。第二部分是银行每个月会再返一部分钱给broker,只要你不转走，broker会一直有钱拿。我用的是anz,但是经你这么一问，到底是不是75％，我还真拿不准了，但是这个数确实白纸黑字写在合同上的

这个你说的就错了，他的模式就是把银行的佣金分成两部分，一部分是你的，一部分是他的，他不会为所有的佣金交税，他只是交他自己的那部分，你的部分同样是你自己交，我刚刚又查了一下，那个比例是70%，不是75％

这样的佣金返回合法吗？就是说他能像ATO这么报账马？还有就是他和你之间有这样的合同约定返回多少给你吗？一般都是口头的约定。
不是质疑你做广告，只是觉得，按照常理，70%的比例太高，很难想象他能把大头都返给客户，哪怕刚入行的人都不会这么做。这个不是雷锋是啥？
