请足友们看看这个价格，提建议，谢谢。
New ensuite and robe conversion
? Remove all existing fittings and fixtures
? Remove and refit existing 820 door and jamb to new
position.
? Remove existing robes.
? Patch and plaster wall where door was removed.
? Frame dividing wall between bedroom and
ensuite/robe
? Re sheet wet area to all walls with villa board
? Re sheet robe with plasterboard
? Construct step less shower base and install water
proof membrane
? Supply and install 10ml clear frameless glass fixed
panel with door shower screen
? Install towel rails and toilet roll holder.
? Prepare all surfaces for tiling
? Tile floor and walls as specified
? (Tiles Supplied by owner)
? Seal all tile joins
? Removal of all rubbish
? Frame sliding robe and install sliding doors to match
existing
? Install skirting and architraves to all walls and doors
? Plaster and patch walls where needed
? Remove both panels of glass and fit external doors
to new position.
? Fit new glass to where existing doors were.
? Fit new fly screens to external security doors
? Assemble and install new Kitchen
