砸到电话线，那确实是别家不能管，要是乱修了修坏了，他们有liability的。
当然你那树要是把电话线砸断了，那telstra一准儿立刻过来，然后就给你寄账单了。
电话线没损坏，由你来清理是合理的，你可以选择雇人或者自己干，叫telstra来了，费用还是会找你。
