请问各位，首次置业要在什么时候申请合适呢？而且申请后多久能拿到啊？偶虽然知道这个是律师的事情。可是偶的律师，哎，不能提，一提满眼泪花。

在NSW 买的房子，然后是新房。

Hi,
Do you mean to apply for $15000 if you buy the brand new property under $550000. If yes, you can ask your loan company to apply for you, then this charge can be sent to your loan company directly. It means that you can have more $15000 active capital...In NSW, if you meet above condition(the brand new property under $550000), you don't need to pay the stamp duty, this application can be sent by your solicitor. Both of them can be done when you apply for loan or before settlement.
