浴室水管漏水如果要修水管必須要把墻打掉,請問Comm Bank有cover嗎?另外如果要報保險的話具體程序怎麼走?

直接问保险公司，石膏板的墙应该修起来简单，先检查是不是接口地方漏把

builder報價5000修水管和防水,然後有一個水管工報價970修水管防水他說大約900塊,你知道怎麼報保險嗎?

I had the same problem few months ago, end up paying cash to a Vietnamese and get it fixed. He cut the plasterboard to access to the pipe (else need to break the tile which will cost more in labor and material).
It wasn't a easy task, he need to cut the old copper pipe and re-weld the new one.
End of the day he only charge me 800 dollar, and he patches up the plaster board and paint the wall for me too.....I think the 800 dollar is well spent, after compare to the quote from local plumber + plasterboard worker + insurance excess fees
