昨天也去看了看房市，看的区是Killara, Beecroft, Cherrybrook 和West Pennant Hills.
非常清淡。
两个拍卖的均已流拍告终

如果2009-2010重演了2003-2004的暴涨，
看样子2011-2014会重演2005-2008，暴涨之后必然下跌

2008年我认识的一个华人地产中介由于市场清淡，只能到超市打工去了。
如果澳洲里有华人地产中介，最好在2014年之前转行。 |
