you need to have wheelbarrow if you buy from landscaper supplier like ANL. A good wheelbarrow will cost you $150+, so consider this as well. Over the long term it's better to buy a wheelbarrow if you have access to the backyard. If you only do it once, then go for the bagged product. Also potting mix is different from garden mix. Those $4 ones might not suit what you want to do. Check out what you really need for your project first.

Like I said depends on what you want to do. Garden Soil is not the best for turf. Choose the right type of soil for what you plan to do can make things a lot easier. But $4 a bag is really good price. 40 bags makes 1 Cubic Meter. So if you do need that sort of amount and you have a Wheelbarrow or are willing to buy a wheelbarrow for the long term, probably you can ring ANL to get 1CM delivered as it works out cheaper that way. Don't think 1 cubic meter is a lot. it's nothing. I used 3CM this spring. Living in a house you will have to have a wheelbarrow. A good one can make it a lot easier.
