再求助，unit换木地板跟strata申请

准业主可以联系strata申请的。我是7月才settle，申请装空调，把签的合同的首页附在邮件里以证明自己的准业主身份，还附上空调公司给的quote，里面有空调型号和安装过程说明，用了大概不到一个礼拜给批了，好像是召集业主管理委员会讨论审批的，把批准的会议纪要发给了我作为凭证。

谢谢提醒，前天晚上我已经email我的strata 公司了，讲我要换地板，问他地板和underlay有什么特殊要求没，他回信是这么说的
Your supplier should provide you with the appropriate underlay for unit applications.

The floor coverings bylaw states....”That an owner of a lot must ensure that all floor space within the lot is covered or otherwise treated to an extent sufficient to prevent the transmission from the floor space of noise likely to disturb the peaceful enjoyment of the owner or occupier of another lot”.
其实我觉得他讲的还是很含糊，后面那段算标准吗？可是我觉得这个标准是最基本的吧。我们地板看了两家了，有喜欢的，但还没最后敲定，明天再去看两家差不多的话就定好了，让店家给我证书，我再发给strata公司吧

他们没有权利据的
去查FT
只要有证书就行

没权拒也是拒了，就写了这几句

是不是要拖我到AGM的时候再议？都想去告他们

你把你们的strata by law看一遍，有没有禁止木地板的条款？
如果有的话
他们还是满合理的，说要在开AGM决定修改bylaw，允许木地板

80%以上的是不太可能拒绝的。只要你铺underlay。
