之前跟这个公司谈了，太贵，而且他们还不match之前的价格，考虑之前有童鞋说JIm‘s building inspector是1250的package，我就想再找找看。有没有大家用过的，比较好的？
以下是Urban给我的quote。
Thanks for your email and we’d be happy to help you with your inspection needs.

Urban Property Inspections provides a series of independent inspections covering the key stages of a new house construction.  You can engage us for any one of these inspections or for the full series.  The stages are:

Frame Stage - $650.00
Lock-up/Pre-Plaster - $650.00
Fixing Stage - $650.00
Final Handover - $695.00

These four total $2,645.00 inc GST but we would be willing to give you a discount for the package of four inspections, i.e. a price of  $2,400.00 inc GST – which equates to $600.00 inc GST per inspection.

Our inspectors are all qualified builders and are therefore very experienced with construction projects.
