Yes, It is bushfire zone.  most of the upper north shore is in bushfire zone..

It depends on the area. Some upper Nth shore partially belongs to Bushfire zone, but partially not.

我在mt colah住过，也在hornsby住过。hornsby很适合国人住，但是asquith以北的区都不太适合国人。其实你可以考虑westleigh和hornsby heights，这两个区好很多。

房子很好，离火车站近交通方便，但在大路边，建议去考察一下噪音，如果可以接受还是不错的
