自己验证是硬道理。我住的房子所有墙壁都是梆梆硬，纯双砖啊！

我家两层的双砖房在楼上两个屋子的一角因为走空调管道，还有厨房的抽油烟机的管道是空的，除此之外都是实的。供楼主参考。

请问一下，双砖的房子内墙是不是也是单层砖的厚度，只不过是敲上去是实心的？

Full brick usually means all walls are brick, even internal (but internal walls are not doubled). Double Brick is external walls only with internal walls being standard wooden (or steel) studs.
Full brick houses are very rare these days and, obviously, very expensive. That said, some mud brick houses are built as 'full brick'.
