也就是说如果不是strata title, 就不是townhouse?

只听说house和duplex 有torrent title, town house ，unit等都是strata title

Sorry no Chinese input on this machine
There are plenty Townhouses with Torrence Title.
like Liberty Grove next to Rhodes.
you still pay strata, but if you can hold the property to the end... when the whole comuninity is going to be demolished. you will have the right to take control of the land.
The other difference is regular owners committee meetings. the owner gets to choose the strata management, landscaping and organize activities etc.
