找银行做吧，一般和贷款捆绑的还能拿discount，我曾帮一个客户做贷款后来顺便做了保险一次比standard的便宜200刀

250k房屋，自主不用landlord吧

我在coles做了一个quote 250K, $300/年, excess fee 是$1200
在coles买保险，然后flybuys的积分规则也会不同.
