What I observed was properties on that street are cheaper and a lot cheaper. Except this one. My relative told me one street is cheap in Waronga but it is far away from station

I believe the cheaper street in Wahroonga is the one next to F3, Ingalara Avenue should not be the one which is far from the station.

Check the history. I remembr oner sold recently on that street is 900k above. Can't recall the exact price.
