The main difference between CHEAP and EXPENSIVE is the CHEAP normally from one person taking the most works, while the EXPENSIVE one having different professionals to the divided jobs. Pretty much HANDYMAN vs COMPANY. It doesn't mean the outcome from a COMPANY BUSINESS always better than the one from a HANDYMAN. But in general you will need enough luck to find a good handyman who doesn't have enough job.
