刚拿到carlisle的quote，site cost居然要 $26702。。。地在epping north，我知道那边石头很多，但也不至于这么贵吧。。。。请问大神们，这合理吗？
发来的quote如下：

*Provide fixed site works including:
* Footing adjustment
* Additional reo/piers due to fill
* Angle of repose allowance - Bored piers
* Shadecloth protection to Double Storey homes
* Site Fall/Earthworks
* S-Flashing to garage
* Rock Removal
$26,702
COUNCIL REQUIREMENTS
5 - 1 Provide Council Requirements $3,369
5 - 2 Provide Part B - Termite Treatment including a reticulated re-treatment system to
perimeter of house.----Included
5 - 3 Provide temporary fencing to all four/left/right/rear boundaries in accordance with--- Included
relevant council requirements.
5 - 4 Provide sediment control barrier (stormwater pollution prevention) to the front of site.--------Included
5 - 5 Provide crushed rock to driveway area to enable heavy vehicle access to site. The
crushed rock is to remain on site upon completion.-------Included
5 - 6 Provide temporary timber crossover to comply with council requirements.
Note: Not allowed to Monash council---------Included
5 - 7 Client to ensure all survey pegs are identifiable prior to commencement of construction.
