报告都会给你写的很严重很严重

if there's no problem in the report, then it will sell much higher than agent's asking.
if there's problem, it may still sell high, but can be in your range. but will you buy or not?
there's always going to be problems, if others can stay, you should can i guess, nothing can't be fixed.
say if there's no problems, it may sell 20000+ more than if there is, so if there is problem and strata will increase 100% to 2000, then you will pay $1000 more every Q, so 20K will last you 5 years (normally any major problems should be fixed in 5 years)
so you pay the same in the end.
