难道kellyville 现已居很多中东人？或者以后会有很多中东人来吗？

A NEW Islamic school may rise from a patch of Kellyville farmland after a private college paid $400,000 more than the reserve to secure a prime piece of real estate.
Private college the Australian International Academy (AIA) was named as the buyer of a 2ha block of land at 57-69 Samantha Riley Drive, which was auctioned for $2.8 million earlier this month by Colliers International on behalf of its receivers.
One of the selling agents, Jonathon Canavan, said the auction was "hotly contested" among developers, locals and other parties, with 70 separate bids lodged during the 45-minute auction.
According to the AIA's website, it currently has campuses in Victoria and Abu Dhabi as well as one in Strathfield in Sydney's Inner West.
The property is currently zoned R2 Low Density Residential, however it falls within the North Kellyville SEPP amendment area.
