紧急求助：出租房问题

应该是vanity top吧，第一次听说租房要求换这个的，难道真的很破？

这签合同前中介应该有一份关于房子Condition 的 Report, 在谈论房租时，应该住明As it is for the rental you charge! 房东的权力同样得到保护，stand to you right, 跟Agent 讲，只要是livable condition, 他们没理由要求换，有什么faults, 可以修。。。如果中介不能Handle, 你可以中止同他们的合同，自己直接同房客谈，把省下的Agent Fee 降一半给房客。。。我就是这么对付不负责任的Agent 的。。。
