morgage brokers please come in

买了个破房子，十几年了。贷款批下来了，是NAB，我看了一下信，怎么有这么多费用要收，t
尤其是PACKAGE FEE，即使，合同还是要付三十年，还有什么每月的SERVICE FEe，太霸王了吧，请看一下那些是可以免的。我试试把信发上来。

package费基本上大部分银行都要收的。那个每个月8块的费用，如果你仔细看的话，下面有一行字，说如果你有package了的话，就不用付这8块的月费了。合同上的那些费用，基本上除了那个政府登记费，就是那个年费，没有其他费用了。第一年的年费应该也可以免掉的

Fees payable to NAB:
application fee 0
government fees and charge
land registry fees
payable to the land title office in the state or territory indicated
*qld title search 14.61
qld transfer of land  515
qld morrtage 157.4
qld discharge of pre existing mortage  157.4
package fee          395 per annum
NAB choice package fee is payable annually in accordance with ther terms of the nab
      * as this fee is payable under your package ,one annual fee is payable per package no matter how many loans are in the package ; and
      * the package fee continues to be payable if this contract terminates or expires before termination of the package.
THE fee is first payable 12 months after the monthe of entry into the package and annually thereafter in the same month
The following fees are or may become payable when you request a discharge of mortgage:
mortgage discharge fee  350
[GOVERNMENT FEES AND CHARGES
Land registry fees payable to the land titles office in the state or territory indicated  157.4

我把详细情况列出来了，您帮着看看吧，那个8块钱的SERVICE FEE 的却是不用收的。
