如果你房子还没买  就不要给 ，因为会有潜在的买家  可能比你出价高，但是可能没你速度快 ，如果你把新鲜出炉的报告给中介，中介拿给那人看，人家直接买了，你咋办 ？

现在中介很流行追求速度，就是如果出价差不多就给最早大订的，但是通常买家比较保守，怕房子有问题，所以他们会喜欢拿比较近日子的房检报告给卖家看 ，这样就会有不做房检就先付款买了 。对中介来说，有报告是有利无害，对你来说是有害无利

No. There are very strict terms and conditions about selling or passing on a report other than for Solicitors and Conveyancers. Refer the customer to the Terms and Conditions and the Report Cover Sheet.
- Why can’t I give or sell the report to another person?
The report is warranted only for the report purchaser named on the Cover Sheet. No liabilities are accepted for any other person.
- Why can the inspector sell the report to another person?
Each report is intellectual property owned by the inspector with a copy being provided to a customer for their sole use. Subsequent customers who purchase the report also acquire a copy in the same way and are provided full warranty and insurance should any issues arise

The agent needs a copy of the report so they can get the vendor to make any improvements and/or repairs that might be required.

刚刚问一个鬼佬agent 朋友，他也说不要给。
