要是fair trading和CTTT知道他很麻烦的。而且我们的solicitor建议要留一手，要是他不退押金就真的要采取法律行动！

不太明白，既然这样就直接整租3房，为什么是租2房，第3间不能向外租呢

我们就一小家庭，用不了三个房间。
他原来不想我们用第三间房，可能是不想我们租出去，或者早有预谋要安排人来住！

看13楼，我放了我用的silicitor。
他就跟房东在电话讲了我们应有的权利，如果他不服的话，我们就会到CTTT去告他
下面是solicitor对我们的原话
I just had an interesting conversation with XXX.
Please see the below email.
He does not have the right to ask you to move out prior to the end of the lease in these circumstances.
If he insists on doing so we will file an urgent application to the CTT. This will be heard usually within a week.

你们有没有交第三个房间的房租呢? 如果没有为什么不让人出租?
顺便说一下是solicitor不是silicitor
