first, take lots of photos, videos!
second find the original contract. contract should written new buildings at least 7 years warranty!
there should be a building inspection report included, or building company's final inspection, etc.
contact the building company and ask for their solution. and tell them if they do not fix within certain days, u will take legal action.
thirdly, ring VCAT, legal aid, law institute of Victoria, ask for suggestions!
you should know what to do next after going through this!
I have gone through some legal actions in Australia, and starting to learn the way they do things! |
