去年有了宝宝,本来住apartment,就想改造之前买的house。
今年1月动工,可是没有报Council,动工前给邻居一家送了2瓶红酒,结果还是被一家人告了。
我们改了一些内部出口比如原主人房厕所出口改到外面,变成公用厕所,把楼上的客厅改成主人房,楼下的厕所移位,2个房间变成一个大的主人房,多加一个储藏室。基本就是这些改动
今天 Council 来看了,说是minor problem,就是需要补一个building certificate application。
我这个应该属于Unauthorised works application,下面有个check list,求教到底怎么提供以下材料。
1. Statement describing works
(已一一列出)
2. Architectural plans (including sections, floor plans and elevations and site plan) drawn to scal and dimensioned indicating unauthorized works in color。

3. A4 notification plans

4. photos of unauthorised works
(council 已拍照,不知我是否需要再拍一些)
5. A letter of consent from the Owner's Corporation agreeing to the unauthorised structures in their current location and fom

6. Home Owner's warranty Insurance for residential works exceeding $12,000
[color=] (装修造价肯定超过一万二了,是需要买保险?求指点)
7. An estimate of cost from a suitably qualified person as defined in the "guide to estimating cost of works" on council's website

[color=]另外家里游泳池的fence不是self closing的,被要求改造门。以及游泳池水绿了,被要求开机器循环,我也没用过不会弄,请问有专业的tx吗?欢迎报价!
