以最近论坛里面经常提到的 Boundary Street, ROSEVILLE， NSW 为例看看，这条路非常忙。
Roseville区在2004-2005年的均价是 $1m 左右，2013年均价是 $1.5m左右，可以看附件rpdata的suburb report。
