MEL东面有没有好点的便宜的plumber

首先声明自己房子的状况，3房2厅2浴室1卫生间，50多年的老房子，地基矮，INSEPECTION 发现地基潮湿(报告如下)，一卫生间在房子左上角LAUNDRY里面，现有master room 在房子右上角，靠内侧的位置有一个shower room，大概2米x1米，里面一个shower screen,1个小号vanity，1个小柜子。

determining if there are any .'wash outs,, underground around the drains, which could have an effect on the
structure in the future .
现在想把这个浴室改成厕所，把shower打掉，原有位置换成马桶，换新的VANITY和 cabinet，现在装修师傅报价2000块人工包换所有内部东西刷墙和地砖，但是不包墙壁瓷砖装修，如果墙壁弄1米高瓷砖人工另加400，这些所有都不包材料，另外由于内部没有排污管，地基矮，排污管不能喝另外一条排污管连在一起，需要连到后院污水槽，大概18米长，这个报价2400（没有INVOICE,不报告康嫂，如果需要走正规程序2900）。大家感觉这个价格怎么样，因为我以后还要搞排污管之类上面提及的防止地基潮湿的措施，是不是最好还是找1个plumber全部干完比较好？如果分开搞，先搞厕所排污管会不会以后比较难搞AGRICULTURAL DRAIN 和spoon drain?
