Keep a bit more money in variable, in case you have surplus money to put into the offset account. how about 60% fix and 40% variable.

let's say we put 150k into variable. it will be 80k more than what you planned to. 80k * 5% - 80k * 4.74% = $208.
Is $208 a lot of money to you? certainly not. But it give you flexibility to repay more.
Also I would prefer the 2 yr fix option. lower interest rate + shorter term.
