Professional answer. Just to expand on it. Dip the cell in warm water first, Try to use cell cleaner solution(which u can buy from pool shop) instead of hydrochloric acid. There is a reason for it to be there. It costs $30-60 a bucket. U can use it upto 5 times.so it's 5-10 each wash. By using HCL, you save $5 but a cell is $500 plus. Ur cell will last longer with the solution. U save heaps more in a long term. After dipping into the solution, use a garden house to wash off the calcum deposits. NEVER use metal to scrap them off. |
