You are basically renting the walls as-is and any maintenance will be up to you. warehouse will typically require that you replace the carpet every 5 years for example. If there's any work to be done more often than not, it will be up to you to fix it and pay for it. also you will need to get regular fire protection/essential services like fire sprinklers etc. about $300 per service.
If you can live with that, I don't see why not...
