有在墙上开窗户的筒子吗？

我那个浴室没窗户，只有个天窗，很亮的

You will need development approval for opening exterior window, one of the step involved is consultation with affected party in this case namely your neighbour. None trivial process, so if you got good relationship with your neighbour discuss this with them first and see how they feel, since they will be consulted on this issue anyway if you apply for development approval.
A couple of other options, use glass bricks or similar none see through glass to let in natural light yet blocks the view, if it is a problem.
You can certainly open a new window in double brick wall, but it will cost you a bit.

之前也想过，刚好我们家地势高点，开了窗户感觉会好很多。因为，我另一边的邻居就是窗户开着朝我家方向：）

谢谢你的建议！ 这些有考虑过，邻居人很不错，而且开了窗户只是看他们前院，看不到他们的房间什么的。有个疑问，是指需要一个邻居同意就可以么？
觉得直接玻璃窗户会比玻璃墙壁好：）

The consultation is for affected the party of the development proposal, so the side that window faces.
To be realistic, if you are on good term with neighbour there should not be a problem getting window facing front yard approved.
