别人的自住房电费单可以写我的名字？

我自己有个自住房  电费单是写我的名字  我爸也买了一个自住   那么他的自住房的电费单  可以用我的名字？这样会有什么不好的影响？如果不是写我的名字的电费单   用我爸 （就是爷爷）的名字   我的小朋友想到他的那个区上学  可以吗？

No problem at all, however in demand schools will ask for more than one utility bill. I know some will require a utility bill, telephone or internet bill and council rate or rental bond prove, plus rental contract as well.
Since it is your parent's place should be easy enough for you, it is somewhat of a hassle to switch things back and forth that is all.

Only occasion you need to worry about this is that if your parents received first home buy grant or stamp duty concession etc. Those usually got conditions attached to it such as you have to live in there for 6 month out of the first year. They may ask you to provide utility bills etc at end of first year to verify the person receiving the grant have actually lived in there.
In your case, there is no two primary residence for you anyhow, you do not own your parent's place which means at most you are renting. There no law of regulation stopping you owning a primary residence and rent another place for some other purpose.
This won't affect the status of your parent's primary residence as well.

除非你爸的房子要申请首次置业补贴，不然没什么好顾虑的。
