请问各位会计tx，是不是公司的正式员工就能拿long service leave啊？小的私人公司会有吗？谢谢！

想过啊，不过装病也得装个能混过去的病啊。不然GP那里拿不到假条啊，也就最多能拿到3天吧。呵呵

如果小公司老板根本不知道什么是LONG SERVICE LEAVE，他也不愿意听这方面的知识怎么办？如果到了10年要离开公司，老板就是不给LONG SERVICE LEAVE应该如何与这样的老板交涉？有什么机构可以帮助EMPLOYEE得到这笔钱吗？

Long service leave is state legislation. Everyone work in Australia is entitled even causal employee. The service years requirement is depend on the state.
NSW
If an employee terminate the employment e.g. resign, the employee is entitled to be paid for long service leave after 10 years continue service year
If an employer terminate the employment e.g. redundancy or dismiss except serious misconduct, the service requirement for long service leave pay out is 5 years continue service years
VIC
the long service leave pay out in VIC requires 6 continue service year for all termination reason except serious misconduct
