关于Personal Integrity, 我会这样回答，
?Keep confidential all the time: As an accounting professional, I was able to access many confidential information, such as product cost, salary, product formulation and raw material price, I have kept it as confidential all the time.
?I understand code of conduct of those company I have worked for, I have abided by it.
?I can speak on fact when there is a problems or concerns. Always tell the truth, even if the truth is somewhat uncomfortable. I would give the answer as I see it, not as someone else sees it.

原则上来讲是三段式，先说自己的水平如何好，再举个例子，最后再总结一下，如过是网上直接申请我觉得一段两段都可以，只是要层次清晰，比如头两句话写自己所具备的能力，之后举例说明???

政府工的确比较重视reference check，我之前提供过推荐人的名单，结果面试人认为推荐的人和我工作的时间是很早之前，没有说服力，又让提供了一次才行。
